When your child drops the balls through the dino’s back, tail or belly, the fun starts and the balls get poppin! Children with special needs love it when the balls bounce up and down, and make all kinds of fun sounds and even play music as they go!

Children will love chasing around the balls that come from the dino’s tail, belly, etc. This toy never makes toddlers and children bored. They will play with this forever and have hours of fun chasing balls and watching the dino continue to do ‘miraculous’ tricks with the balls! This toy is especially wonderful for children who have special needs, and here’s why.

Why It’s Good For Children With Special Needs

I have personal experience with a niece who has special needs. My niece is completely deaf and she has mild autism, as well as a very rare chromosome disorder. The bright balls and the vibration of the music is something she loves. The motor co-ordination it takes to watch the balls and try and catch them and follow them keeps the mind of a special needs child sharp.

The toy can be challenging for children with Autism who like to keep things in a certain order. The balls shoot out everywhere so Autistic children tend to chase them and try and find order, and they tend to be puzzled by the function of the toy and spend a lot of time trying to figure it out.

The different vibrant colors and constant movement also keep children with ADHD focused and engaged. This toy is engaging, interesting and very good at allowing children with special needs to become absorbed in the functionality. It’s extremely good for hand-eye co-ordination, problem solving, motor skills, and exercise. The music is also soothing, especially for children with Autism or ADHD.
